Fill in a health, diet and lifestyle questionnaire (on line or by post). This information helps me evaluate any potential health imbalances or deficiencies that might need identifying as well as any possible red flags.
A one-to-one consultation. This will focus on your health concerns, medical/family history, lifestyle, physical activity, use of medication and supplements and diet. Together with the information from the questionnaire we can build up a bigger picture of your individual needs.
I may suggest appropriate laboratory tests and/ or supplements to aid this information gathering. This consultation is normally 60 -90 mins.
A personalised programme for you to put into action. This is a 4 to 6 week programme designed for your personal needs and health concerns. Depending on you health issues, you should start to feel the benefit of these changes within a few weeks.
A follow up consultation will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments. This health plan should become integrated into your lifestyle.
